Sadly we have had to cancel the 2021 Cycling Festival due to planning issues.

We hope to be back in the future.

1066 Cycling Festival

The 1066 Cycling Festival started in 2016 led by Hastings Borough Council with Rother District Council, East Sussex County Council, local cycle groups, Source Park, Handsome Bicycles and many other organisations and individuals working together to promote cycling in 1066 Country.

Saturday Coffee Meets – 10.30 am Meet at various venues.

Join the Bexhill Wheelers - Regular Thursday morning rides:

Cycling UK’s Big Bike Revival programme is supporting the 1066 Cycling festival, funding a series of Dr Bike free bike checks in the run up to and during the festival. Learn to ride sessions will be provided prior to the festival and celebratory family rides held during the 1066 Cycling Festival thanks to the backing of Cycling UK. The Big Bike Revival strives to help everyone and anyone to begin or return to cycling through a programme of FREE activities and services, delivered by organisations who are part of the community and address local needs.
